 E-TEST EXEMPTION SURVEY'S*

Attention Owners of 1967 To '89 Collectable Vehicles & 1967 TO 2003 Motorcycles Licensed In The Phoenix & Tucson

Emission-Testing Areas Only.

 

     The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is now evaluating the air quality impact if all years of motorcycles, and collectible vehicles from 1967 to 1989 in the Phoenix and Tucson emission-testing areas were exempted from the Az mandatory Emission-Testing Program. This evaluation was requested by House Bill 2501 (HB2501) which passed into law during the 2002 Arizona State Legislative Session.

    And, to quickly read and/or print a copy of the ADEQ's Motorcycle Usage Survey to exempt all years of motorcycles from the Arizona mandatory Emission-Testing Program which also needs to be returned by 9-30-03.
